Communication through WhatsApp with AUDAX will only be made in writing, making calls through this application is not permitted, nor to the AUDAX telephone number provided for its use.

AUDAX is especially aware of the protection of personal data of Users of WhatsApp services. USES AND PURPOSES
The purpose of making communications through WhatsApp is none other than to speed up the
management of the contracted services and for which your express consent is requested.
Therefore, having this communication channel of a complementary nature, AUDAX may cancel it at any time, generally with respect to all its clients or individually for a client if said client has made inappropriate use of it.
In any case, inappropriate use of the communication channel will be understood as any use that is not intended to process or resolve requests or incidents regarding AUDAX services. Mass sending of messages will also be considered inappropriate.
The Client will under no circumstances be obliged to use this communication channel in their relations with AUDAX, and may, if they consider it appropriate, block their communications through this channel with AUDAX. The Customer will always have the Customer Service by telephone at 900 82 80 06 at their disposal to resolve all their doubts, incidents or complaints.

TRANSFER OR COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The personal data collected through the WhatsApp application will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the cases necessary for the development, control and fulfillment of the expressed purposes/s, in the cases provided for by Law, as well as in specific cases, of which the user is expressly informed.

DATA UPDATE
In order for the data in our files, computerized and/or on paper, to always correspond to reality, we will try to keep them updated. So, for these purposes, the user must make the changes, directly, when enabled or by communicating, by reliable means, to the corresponding area or department of AUDAX (Customer Service).
