Audax incorporates 320 MW of photovoltaics into its portfolio
Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), whose activity focuses on the commercialization and generation of renewable 100% electricity, has incorporated photovoltaic projects for 320 MW for its development and commissioning, 60 MW of which are in a very advanced phase .
The company that intends to increase its generation portfolio with the aim of supplying its clients with renewable energy produced in its own plants, has incorporated photovoltaic projects located in Andalusia, Castilla la Mancha and Murcia into its portfolio. The company plans to develop and commission these 320 MW in the coming months.
At the last Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, the company presented the main lines of action planned for 2022, which involve remaining the 1st independent marketer in the SME segment of the Spanish market, covering 2/3 of the energy supplied to its clients with PPA contracts. , based on an asset rotation policy, and replicate the growth model in the international business. In addition, it announced obtaining the BBB- rating with a stable trend.
In this sense, Audax Renovables works with the intention of reaching more than 500,000 customers in 2022, supplying more than 15 TWh of energy, reaching around 1.5 billion euros in revenue, around 100 million euros of EBITDA and reduce the ratio of its net financial debt/EBITDA to 1.5x.
The 320 MW of installed power incorporated by these photovoltaic projects will supply, once commissioning begins, some 600 GWh per year of green energy, which is equivalent to the annual consumption of more than 175,000 homes.
