AUDAX ENERGÍA wins the public tender

Audax Energía, one of the main operators in the national energy sector, has won the public tender called by the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA) to supply electricity to its facilities.
Audax Energía has been the energy company that has presented the best offer and has consequently been awarded the entire contract. This is an agreement to supply a total of 17,000,000 KWh per year of electrical energy to the CCMA's television stations and channels, among which TV3 and Catalunya Radio stand out.
Other marketing companies such as Endesa, Naturgy, Nexus Energía or Aura Energía have also participated in the public tender, but finally it was Audax Energía that was chosen as the winner and will be the one that will supply electricity to the Corporation's buildings. To choose the winner, among many other requirements, it was highly valued that Audax can guarantee that all the energy supplied is of renewable origin. The Audax group is focused on renewable energies and has 5 of its own wind farms that produce 100% energy of renewable origin.
The supply contract will begin on January 1, 2019 and has an initial duration of one year with an extension option, so it could be extended for a period of 2 years, which would mean exceeding 4 million euros.
Additionally, Audax will work actively to evaluate the contracted capacities of each of the electrical supplies with the aim of proposing improvements that will result in the reduction of energy costs.
