If you decide to change your electricity supplier, you only have to contact us and provide us with the following information, but if you do not have this information, do not worry, contact us and we will help you:

Normally, a change of marketing company involves a management time of between 3 to 6 business days, but the maximum legal period is 21 days (regulated in article 43.3 of the Electricity Sector Law).
